Tonight varsity catchers Kevin Granados and Brailen Garza exemplified just what being a Harrold Hornet means. Being a Hornet isn’t just taking the field or court on game days, it’s dedication and support that goes far beyond the game. Kevin and Brailen both volunteered to ump the JH Boys baseball game so that the boys were able to play. Even when the opposing team asked for a last minute double header they said yes, no questions asked. These Hornets were there for their fellow Hornets to support them in anyway they could. It’s not very often and in any other community that you’ll find two high schoolers ready and willing to give up their free time to ump a JH game.
