Chad Tallon

October is National Principals Month, and this year, our school has more reason than ever to celebrate. Since joining our campus, Mr. Tallon has proven to be the leader we didn’t know we were missing — and exactly what we needed.

With over 22 years of experience in education, Mr. Tallon brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and heart to everything he does. From his beginnings as a teacher and coach to serving as an athletic director, principal, and assistant superintendent, Mr. Tallon's journey through education has shaped him into the remarkable leader we are lucky to have today.

Since stepping into the role of principal at our school, Mr. Tallon has become a visible and vital presence on campus. Whether he's greeting students in the morning, attending after-school events, or lending a hand wherever needed, his commitment to the school community is evident in every corner of campus life.

“He’s always out and about — you never have to go looking for Mr. Tallon because chances are, he’s already where the action is,” said one teacher. “He leads by example and makes everyone feel seen and supported.”

Staff, students, and families have noticed his positive impact on our school culture under Mr. Tallon’s leadership. His open-door policy, hands-on approach, and genuine care for students and staff have fostered a strong sense of community and purpose.

As we honor Mr. Tallon during National Principals Month, we recognize not only his years of service in education but also the incredible impression he’s made in such a short time at our school. His leadership has brought out the best in all of us, and we are beyond grateful to call him our principal.

Thank you, Mr. Tallon — for your dedication, your heart, and for being the piece we were missing.
