Harrold High School CX Debate Does Very Well at District Meet in Knox City

Congratulations to the HHS Debate team for their second consecutive district championship. Placing first in district competition were the cross x team of Harrison Thweatt and Maddison McKay. They will be advancing to the state competition in March. Placing third in the competition were Colton Clouse and Matt Templeton. Place 5th was the team of Devon Hopper and Blade Montgomery. Templeton was named top speaker. The Debate team is led by Mr. David Thweatt. We wish these students luck in the state competition as well as in their NFL district competitions, extemporaneous speaking and congress.
